Our promise
If you're not happy with your restoration, we'll make it right. Tell us what's not working and we'll redo it, or refund you.
If a photo is too damaged
Some photographs are too far gone for an honest restoration. If yours is one we can't do justice, we'll tell you — and you won't be charged. We never invent a face, or a detail, that wasn't in your original.
How to request a redo or refund
Email us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your restored photo, with your order number and a note on what you'd like changed. We'll get back to you quickly.
Custom digital work
Because each restoration is custom work made for you, we're not able to offer change-of-mind refunds once a finished file has been delivered. Our guarantee above covers the quality of the work itself.
Prints
If a printed photo arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
